About Jack Phillips

Jack Phillips is a respected authority in foreign credential evalutations. He has been doing them since 1982, when he was Registrar and Director of Admissions at Thomas Edison State College. Thomas Edison is the leading institute that helps turn work experience into a degree. In 1996, Phillips became a consultant, working on foreign credential evaluations.
